I mean, it is only one of the heaviest forms of art out there, and the most well known, but at the end of the day, if your listening to “Volcano” (last track of DethAlbumII) and you feel your skins turn, you get goosebumps and cant help but love your life and the deth that surrounds it.

I’m so psyched to see that there are other GIRLS that appreciate death metal. I am from a small midwestern town, so I know only a hand full of people who love metal. Here’s a story you guys will appreciate: I do kickboxing by myself in my apt. complex’s gym (I’m an instructor part-time), so I usually bring my stereo to play, of course, metal. Anyway, this kid that lives below me that listens to weak stuff like Disturbed, Nickleback, Godsmack, etc. walks in while I’m blasting At the Gates, In Flames, Carcass, old Metallica and, of course, Dethklok. It was so funny to see him get that scared, nervous face that people who don’t listen to heavy music get when they hear metal! Classic!
