I've only seen Dethklok. I missed Deicide and Moonspell when they came through last time. Same with Ensiferum.
Still... As metal as concerts are, there are very few bands I love enough to actually be able to enjoy having to make the sacrifice of being crushed by masses of beer-stinking people, those being Dethklok, Strapping Young Lad, Opeth, Blind Guardian, Origin, Necrophagist, and Dragonlord (LORD, not FORCE). I can't stand crowds in the first place and the combined smell of beer, sweat, and body odor makes me nauseous, so the only place I think I'd ever feel comfortable in at a concert would be on the stage.

snarky comment
Not my fault I hate crowds. Besides, I'm more metal than all, considering that I'd rather be onstage causing the brutality than down in the crowd enjoying its after-effects.

Agreed. I would rather be up on the stage making people demolish each other rather than be down there where someone's palm rubs my crotch every five seconds.
Nine Inch Nails (I had to give up seeing Dethklok)

I've seen Slipknot, Shadows Fall, and Lamb of God.
