I think you underestimate the fan market of dethklok. Just cause they dont have the internet knowledge of www.dethklok.org doesn't mean they don't know Dethklok rules.

Though they came very close to Milwaukee (Madison and Chicago) I still think they need to come here. I'd go any long distance to see Dethklok but I could die happy if they came directly to Milwaukee, there are so many fans here.
