Dethklok opened my eyes to teh KRANK amps so I tried one out and DAMN!!!! that thing was smoking!!!! Yoo bad their so friggin' expensive. I wound up getting a HD150 SPIDER III head from Line 6 that kick as much ass for cheaper.

I would kill for a KRANK. ATM I'm playing through a Line6 Spider II 212. Not a bad amp, 150w outputt, nice heavy sound but a lot of people seem to diss it. If you love Brutality, buy a Spider!

Looking around $1800.00 for the bottom dollar one. I guess that's why only Dethklok can play them. Because they are the only ones that can afford them!!!! LOL!!!!

Its funny how last year or so, around when the Krankenstien came out tons of bands endorsed them, and now most of them have switched amps lol.

Didn't Dime have a big wall of Kranks onstage, but instead actually played through his Randall Warheads which were behind them? or was it the other way around?

HA HA!!! You'd be suprised how many bands do that!!! I've played with bands that have endorsements so they have all these really nice cabs set-up on stage. The thing is there are no speakers in them!!!! They are dumm cabs and usually the guys is only playing off a half-stack hidden somewhere behind all the dummy cabs!!! Endorsements are KRAZY!!!

Tone. Plain and Simple. You will alway ge better tone out of a house system with a half or full stack as opposed to a backline of cabs.

lol yea no kiddin...amps need to be a bit cheaper for good ones...but then they probably wouldnt be as good and itd go back up in price to make em better...making a never ending cycle of complaining...

That's alright. I really wouldn't want to be a drummer. HEADS ARE FRIGGIN EXPENSIVE!!!! I'll buy a pack of strings as compared to one head ANYDAY!!! I made the mistakr of breaking my drummers kick-head and it cos me $60!!!! Imagine that X6. At least once you get a cab you have it for a while. Drums are fun to play, but expensive to keep in good condition.
