Hi, Does Dethklok have any cuss words in there album? And if there is, can you understand the bad words that are being said. The reason I ask is because my Parents don't like bad words in music.

And no offense, but your parents shouldn't ALWAYS dictate what you listen to...

your obviously watching the show, so whats the difference if you listen to the music separately. its not like they are singing about sexual things, they use profanity to express they brutal lyrics. as it should be. metal without profanity is just classic rock!

The swear words emphasize their rage more. compared to some of the other stuff I listen to the swearing in Dethalbum is tame. Early Triple 6 Mafia anyone(yeah I know it's hip/hop but they were brutal when they first started out,eh i'm just veering off topic) it is funny in the show when they swear and you here like guitar feedback. lol

Well - in the end the original poster still needs to live with them parents...

And we cannot tell them how to be parents.....

So in general - their house their rules...

But if I had a kid - and that kid came up to me and said - Dad - I really like this show - I really want to buy the album but I know you do not want me to listen to X type of music....

I would happily discuss that out with my kid and figure out a compromise... but as we all know many parents are not how I would be...

All I know is I would much rather have my kid tell me what was up - than sneak it all around my back to have me find out later ....

I would have no issues with my kid (If I had one) watching the show - well depending on their age and level of understanding of the real world vs. the cartoon world...

So basically it's up to you to figure it out with your parents....
